This is a group strength training class that includes warmups, explosive movements, core exercises, whole body workout, and a full stretch out. The goal is to get you in to fighting shape without sparring or physical combat by using the principles of progressive overload, muscle confusion, i.e., activating different parts of same muscle, and own body weight to maximize workout performance. Each workout class has timed sets of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with a new emphasis each week.This class is a full body workout, enabling you to simultaneously strengthen the upper and lower body, while increasing cardio endurance.
