This is a fun, physical, and skill-building self-defense martial arts class for your lil ones ages 5-9 yr old.
Coach Kitty is enthusiastic and friendly as she teaches the fundamentals of kickboxing with a cumulative 8-week cycle curriculum: punching, kicking, blocking, footwork & head movement, shadow-boxing, sparring, conditioning, and focus/discipline. There are two weeks of review to understand how all skills work together to build a strong foundation for this skilled art.
