Kids Kickboxing

This class teaches UFA kids ages 5-9 the fundamentals and application to kickboxing.  There are 8 weeks of teaching a weekly kickboxing skill such as Punching, Kicking, Blocking, etc. and 2 weeks to review before the cycle ends with a Rank Testing.
