Calling all youth ages 9-15 years old!
Enthusiastic and friendly coaches teach the fundamentals of Thai kickboxing (Muay means boxing, and Thai means the martial arts form from Thailand).
Experienced coaches build student knowledge on a cumulative 8-week cycle curriculum: boxing, leg and foot strikes, knees & elbows, footwork & head movement, strategic combinations, counters, sparring, and strength/endurance conditioning.
After an 8-week cycle of skill-building, youth can put everything together with two weeks to review. Review weeks help students understand how all skills work together to build a strong foundation for this skilled "8-limbed" art.
Every class is fun-filled, energy invoking, and character building. We often enjoy in-house tournaments, group challenges, outdoor activities, and holiday events. Youth are welcome to compete in semi-contact and full contact matches, or just train along with the team. Join us to see why youth love to come back week after week...and see their amazing progress!
