This class is the key to success in your Muay Thai game!   Professional fighters and first-timers can focus their time perfecting the basics of Muay Thai, as well as advanced clinching, sweeps, and effecting striking with all "8-limbs."  Learn proper footwork, balance, control, technique, and build a solid defense through repetition, drills, partner and bag work, and live action.  This class will sharpen every skill!
